Cleveland In-Home Engagement Session | Kristen + Michael Part 1

Kristen contacted me about doing her and Michael’s engagement photos and mentioned she wanted to do some in-home shots which I was super excited about because I had been wanting to do an in-home session especially with the weather in Cleveland being pretty miserable. We chatted about outfits (she checked out my Pinterest boards, I love Pinterest) and locations for their shoot pretty much up until their session came around and you could just tell Kristen was so excited which is always a good sign, of course! The day of the shoot she was just as excited as she seemed to be the whole time leading up to that day and I loved her for that! (Side note- Kristen even texted me a photo of their sneak peek photos I sent her, framed and hanging in their room before I even delivered her full gallery!! Day MADE!) Michael may not have been as excited as Kristen (ha) BUT he was such a trooper and went along with everything we wanted to do and they were both so fun the whole time! They had a little bit to drink before hand, so that may have helped 😉 They kept talking about how they were awkward and take awkward photos and as you can see below, they’re crazy because they’re stunning and take gorgeous photos – no idea what they were thinking!

Kristen and Michael have been together for NINE years and are getting married next Spring in Florida (I can’t wait to see their big day!!). They both moved to Cleveland from Florida…well Kristen followed Michael since he came to Cleveland for Dental School (you know she must really love him if she left the warm weather for the crazy stuff we have!). Michael will be a dentist soon and Kristen just officially became an Attorney at Law! Freakin POWER COUPLE, am I right??!!
